* chore(deps): update dependency @vitest/coverage-v8 to v4

* fix(deps): upgrade vitest to v4 to match coverage-v8 peer requirement

@vitest/coverage-v8@4.1.10 (bumped by Renovate) declares a peer
dependency on vitest@4.1.10 exactly, but vitest itself was left at
3.2.4, causing npm ci to fail on an unresolvable peer conflict and
leaving package-lock.json stale. Bump vitest to 4.1.10 to match and
regenerate the lockfile.

Vitest 3 -> 4 breaking-change fixes:
- Rename vitest.config.js to vitest.config.mjs: vitest 4's new native
  config loader warns when ESM syntax is used in a file loaded as
  CommonJS, since that behavior becomes the enforced default in a
  future Vite major version. No config content changed.

Verified: npm install resolves cleanly, npm ci then succeeds against
the regenerated lockfile, build/lint/test:unit/test:component all
pass (180 tests, 0 lint errors). The vitest.setup.js `import { chai }
from 'vitest'` and the `--coverage.enabled=true --testTimeout=5000`
CLI flags used in package.json scripts still work unchanged in v4.
