docs: stop documenting Symfony's logout options as the bundle's own

The readme described a gesdinet_jwt_refresh_token.logout node with nine
options, none of which exist. They belong to the firewall, so following
the readme failed with Unrecognized option.

Meanwhile invalidate_token_on_logout, the one logout option the bundle
does have, was documented nowhere.

The section now names that option and points at the firewall for the
rest, and the link at the end was missing its scheme.
