fix: make the interface revoking by user injectable

RevokeRefreshTokenManagerInterface had no alias, so nothing could ask for
it by type and the method was only reachable through the concrete class.

The alias sits with the object manager services rather than the shared
ones: the DBAL manager does not implement the interface, and an alias
loaded in both modes would hand over a manager without the method.

The readme explains what it is for, since the case that brings people to
it is a user identifier that changes, such as an editable email, leaving
every token issued before pointing at a value that resolves to nobody.
