test: cover the last token of a user through DBAL, and declare the connection

getLastFromUsername() had no test in the DBAL manager, and it is the one
method whose answer depends on the ordering rather than on a single row
matching. The new one stores three tokens out of order and expects the
one expiring last.

The bundle also reads and writes through doctrine/dbal without asking
for it, so it only worked because the ORM happened to bring it in.
