Use class_names instead of Array#join in Matrix::Box::Title

["rss-name", title_weight].join(" ") always inserts the separator,
so the :observation/:name branch (title_weight == "") rendered
class="rss-name " with a stray trailing space. class_names drops
blank/falsy entries instead of joining them in.
