* test: cover latest complete and last-inserted position lookups

Add Log regression tests for get_latest_position/1 and
get_last_inserted_position/0, and note the Battery Health SOC/kWh
correctness fixes in the changelog for #5438.

* test: align geofence pre-fill test name with last-inserted position

Rename the GeoFence New test to match get_last_inserted_position/0 naming used by the form.
