docs: own the {AGT_X} sanitizing contract in TerminalText

TerminalText's doc scoped the invariant to OSC-reported values stored on a
Session, but four store arms now route control- and GUI-supplied names and
--cwd through it, and two of those touch no Session. The narrow contract is
what made the create-side arms look out of scope in #354. Widen it to name
both sources and all four tokens, extend the keymap rule's injection-source
list to match, and cut the eleven copies of the rationale at the call sites
down to one line each naming the token they feed.
