test: cover bb_tcp_client forced-io-ok and test-hook invalid-handle branches (#1195)

Unrelated to the bb_tcp_client_get_host_port accessor -- these close
pre-existing coverage debt on bb_tcp_client's forced-io-result BB_OK
short-circuit branch (read/write) and every BB_TCP_CLIENT_TESTING
test-hook's inst_from_handle()-guarded NULL-handle branch, exercised
for coverage completeness.

Shrinks the platform/host/bb_tcp_client/bb_tcp_client.c coverage
baseline by the 8 branch markers these tests newly cover.
