chore(tests): use Scrutiny's shared AuditLogger spy (#28)

The last eval()'d contract in this bootstrap goes the way of the Unity ones.

It declared AuditLogger as log(), logBatch() and ENTITY_MEMBER — one of the
twelve constants the real interface carries — on the same reasoning as the
three-method Member before it: "the shape MemberMessenger touches". Any double
satisfied that, so a change to Scrutiny's genuine contract would have left
this suite green and fataled in production.

Scrutiny is now autoloaded from the sibling checkout CI already arranges, so
MemberMessenger is type-checked against the real interface, and
CapturingAuditLogger is replaced by Scrutiny\Testing\Doubles\SpyAuditLogger —
which records the same $entries this one did, plus the raw batches Reach's
copy wanted.

32 tests, 71 assertions before and after.
