feat(overlay): mute the terminal behind floating panels (#327)

* feat(overlay): mute the terminal behind floating panels

a floating overlay and the quick terminal leave the session live and fully
lit around them, so the panel reads as part of the terminal rather than over
it. Both tap-catchers now paint the same wash paneDim puts on an inactive
split pane, at the strength already in settings. Full overlay and scratch
hide their panes outright, so they take none.

the setting now covers every unfocused terminal, so its label reads
"Inactive terminal mute". Persisted field and accessibility id unchanged.

* fix(overlay): correct the backdrop wash under translucency and splits

the wash color is opaque while a translucent window's backing is not, so
painting it over the body raised the body's opacity against an unchanged
title bar - the seam the old scrim was rejected for. Scaling by window
opacity shrinks that gap in step with the window's own transparency; no
fill closes it, and the comments now say so instead of claiming the wash
cannot seam.

paneDim also stacked with the backdrop, muting the covered inactive pane
harder than the pane beside it, and both washes used the global theme
color over a session that had set its own background. Suppress paneDim
while a backdrop is up, and take the session's color when it has one.

* fix(overlay): scale the mute wash by the rendered window opacity

fullscreen and Reduce Transparency force the window opaque without
touching the saved opacity, so scaling by the saved value under-muted
there - half strength at 50%, and nothing at all at 0%, while Settings
still read 5. Take the opacity the window actually renders at. Fullscreen
is per-window, so it rides its own notification pair rather than the
app-global mirrors.

washColor samples an unobserved field, so a background set while a wash
is already painted keeps the old color until the next observed change.
That window is narrow and self-healing; the comment now... (continued)
