chore(release): v0.8.0

- internal/version.go: v0.8.0-dev -> v0.8.0
- CHANGELOG.md: date the [0.8.0] section, open a fresh [Unreleased], and add the
  v0.8.0 compare/tag links

Minor rather than patch: generate's per-unit API changed shape (Unit{Nr, StartMS,
Frames}), and two of the three fixes change emitted output for text-sourced
input -- caption flip timing and roll-up/paint-on cue segmentation.
