ci: exclude CLAUDE.md and .claude/ from spellcheck (#179)

CLAUDE.md carries dense tooling/CI vocabulary (zizmor, gofumpt,
persist-credentials, SARIF, etc.) that would otherwise require
constant wordlist upkeep for a file aimed at Claude Code rather than
human readers. .claude/**/*.md is gitignored locally but excluded
too so contributors running pyspelling locally don't get false
positives from it.
