style(sidebar): draw a focus-set workspace at black weight

the marked-workspace grid glyph moves from `.heavy` to `.black`, one step
further from the regular outline an unmarked row draws, so membership reads
at a glance in a tall tree.

nothing else changes: it is the same `square.grid.2x2` symbol, still a weight
variant rather than the `.fill` idiom a flagged session uses, so fill still
means a flagged session and weight still means a marked workspace.

measured before the swap - regular renders 15x14 while both `.heavy` and
`.black` render 16x15, so the existing fixed 16x16 icon box keeps the row
layout-shift-free for the same reason as before and the difference is pure
stroke.
