Add probe_model/referencing_scheme to ModelProbeDetails and channel metadata (#91)

* Add probe_model/referencing_scheme to ModelProbeDetails and join onto channel metadata

ModelProbeDetails gains probe_model and referencing_scheme columns (df_probe_details.pqt),
sourced from SpikeGLX meta-data via ibl-neuropixel's spikeglx.get_probe_model /
get_referencing_scheme (int-brain-lab/ibl-neuropixel#92).

SpikeGLXFileFeatureCalculator.enrich_channel_metadata broadcasts the same two
columns onto the per-channel metadata from the AP/LF reader's meta-data.

* Bump minimum ibl-neuropixel to 1.12.0

get_probe_model / get_referencing_scheme were released in ibl-neuropixel
1.12.0 (int-brain-lab/ibl-neuropixel#92).

* Updated the probe_model and referncing logic

Now the probe metadata and referencing details are moved to the base class spikeglx_like,py, so that all the SpikeGLX subclasses whether calculated from using IBL PID or calculated using the local spikeglx files can add this metadata. And added the corresponding tests for those.
