test: raise Unity.Intergroup coverage to ~92% (#17)

Add xUnit tests covering the previously-untested parts of the
TheBleedingDeacons.Unity.Intergroup library (no production changes):

- RepositoryTests: the Meeting, Member, Position and IntergroupMeeting
  repositories against in-memory SQLite (ordering, filtering, includes, search,
  date-range, filled/vacant), mirroring the existing GroupRepositoryTests
- UnitySyncServiceTests: SyncAsync end to end — a real UnityRestSharp over a
  stub transport feeds the map/sanitise/replace pipeline into SQLite; covers
  the happy path (counts + persisted rows), dangling-FK sanitisation,
  prior-data purge, cross-page pagination, and the endpoint-failure throw
- DbContextTests: PurgeDatabaseAsync, the Updated-timestamp stamping and its
  suppression, the synchronous SaveChanges path, the SyncProgress record and
  the EntitySnapshot entity
- StubHttpMessageHandler: a responder-driven handler that lets a real
  UnityRestSharp be exercised without a live server
