fix(recovery): support auto-recovery at bind-mount roots

Fall back to preserving the corrupted store's children inside the data
directory when Linux rejects renaming the mount root with EBUSY.

Keep the mount point intact, use a collision-safe forensic directory,
and roll back moved children if preservation fails partway.

Add regression coverage for the standard /data container layout and
document this fix along with the property-key durability fix.
