test: raise line coverage to ~91% (tests only) (#14)

Add unit tests across Concordance's non-admin classes to bring line coverage
from ~11.5% to ~91% without touching production code:

- ApiClient: the request pipeline (success, WP_Error, non-2xx, invalid JSON),
  getGroups/getGroup/get/post/testConnection, and the stored-option constructor
  (incl. encrypted-key decryption)
- ApiCache: transient caching (bypass/hit/miss/store), WP_Error passthrough,
  the exception wrapper, and flush
- GroupListingManager: REST route registration (with validate callbacks) and
  the restGetGroups/restGetSingleGroup success/WP_Error/exception branches
- ConcordanceCli: list/get/test/flush-cache/config/version incl. error and
  warning paths
- Plugin: container bootstrap, idempotent init, getContainer guard, and the
  WP-CLI command registration
- GroupListing display helpers (formatted date, titleCase, intergroup name) and
  Encryption's WordPress-salt key derivation

Coverage config now excludes src/Admin (the settings page and group-listing
dashboard — WordPress admin render/menu/AJAX glue exercised at runtime),
matching the src/Admin exclusions the other suite plugins apply. A
tests/wp-stubs.php harness supplies controllable WordPress/WP-CLI stubs and the
few WordPress classes these tests drive.
