fix(views): lay out view groups on CSS grid to avoid float-drop whitespace

View panels were floated col-N divs, so a later panel had to drop fully
below any earlier taller panel it could not fit beside, leaving large
whitespace gaps in view groups with mixed panel heights. The view-group
row-sections are now 12-column CSS grids, with each listview item's span
mirroring its panel's width class; panels stack full-width on mobile as
before.
