test: raise line coverage to ~92% (tests only) (#25)

Add unit tests across the Trumpet suite to bring line coverage up to ~92%
without touching production code:

- Announcement accessors, status-text branches and HTML body sanitisation
- AnnouncementRepository read/write paths, change detection and error wrapping
- AnnouncementManager list/single render, map, related meetings and asset hooks
- AnnouncementChangeTracker capture/compare on acf/save_post
- Plugin bootstrap wiring, admin menu registration and render callbacks
- Common Functions, WordPressCache, HasLogger and DependencyContainer

Coverage config now excludes src/Trumpet/Admin (WordPress render glue) and
the pure interface files, matching Reach and Integrity. bootstrap.php gains
the WordPress function stubs these tests drive.
