Fix size docstrings to match actual accepted values (#852)

parse_size() only accepts sm/md/lg (size.py); the bootstrap_field,
bootstrap_form, and bootstrap_pagination docstrings said
small/medium/large, which raise ValueError if actually passed.

Fixes #777.
