Add label_class setting (#848)

Every other per-field CSS class kwarg (wrapper_class, horizontal_label_class,
field_class via input_class, etc.) has a BOOTSTRAP5 setting fallback except
label_class, which could only be set per-call. Adds it to
BOOTSTRAP5_DEFAULTS and wires FieldRenderer to fall back to it.

Fixes #260.
