_debugger: narrow EXCEPTION catch to Exception (not BaseException)

The EXCEPTION breakpoint wrapped Composition.execute() in except BaseException,
which also caught KeyboardInterrupt/SystemExit/GeneratorExit. Narrow to
Exception: real errors are still observed and re-raised unchanged, but Ctrl-C
and interpreter-exit are left to propagate without running listener code.
No behavior change for callers (bare re-raise preserved); tests stay green.
