Drop support for Django 4.2 (EOL) (#842)

Django 4.2 LTS reached end of life on 2026-04-07 (per endoflife.date).
Bumps the floor to 5.2, the next supported LTS.

- pyproject.toml: drop the 4.2 classifier, bump Django dependency floor
- tox.ini / ci.yml: drop 4.2 from the test matrix and its now-dead excludes
- AGENTS.md: update the matrix table
- tests: inline the DJANGO_VERSION >= "5"/"5.2" branches that existed to
  bridge 4.2-vs-5.x behavior differences (aria-invalid, aria-describedby,
  help-text rendering) — always true now that 4.2 is gone, so the dead
  branch and now-unused DJANGO_VERSION imports are removed
