docs(testdata): correct the av01 caption-assignment note

The placement notes said "one caption OBU per frame" is not the same as "one per sample". Measured against these fixtures it is: one sample carries one temporal unit, which outputs exactly one frame, so several frame OBUs in a temporal unit is not an assignment ambiguity and the 3-byte show_existing_frame samples still carry an anchor. What is left for #52 is only where in the OBU sequence the caption OBU goes.

Also records two properties the fixtures actually establish: every composition-time offset is 0, so AV1 does not have the AVC/HEVC decode-order problem (#54); and IVF from the same encoder keeps the temporal delimiters that the mp4 muxer strips, so a placement rule must anchor on the first frame OBU to mean the same thing in both containers.
