Introduce an optional backend-neutral telemetry callback on the block-store trait, wire redb repair progress into shared telemetry events, and extend shared/redb specs and validation for the new observational surface.

Treat repair telemetry as best-effort by catching callback panics, clarify that the repair-forcing header constants follow the redb version resolved in Cargo.lock, and remove avoidable String allocations from the redb telemetry assertions.
