* Add optional atomic block-store batch writes

Extend the shared block-store contract with an optional raw-byte batch write surface, add typed helper batching, and implement atomic batch writes in the redb backend with validation coverage.

* Strengthen batch helper delegation test

Make the typed batch-helper test fail if put_blocks ever falls back to single-entry writes instead of delegating to the raw-byte batch boundary.
