fix: align schema to actual response body

All modifications to groups currently don't return the users list. This
is by design to avoid returning a large collection (we already provide a
read resource for that)

Proposed fix for
[#11375](https://github.com/Unleash/unleash/issues/11375)

## API Changes

Both changes are irrelevant cause the property was optional and never
populated.

### POST /api/admin/groups
- :warning: removed the optional property `users` from the response with
the `201` status


### PUT /api/admin/groups/{groupId}
- :warning: removed the optional property `users` from the response with
the `200` status
