test: add provider context-capability contract tests (#2249)

* test: add provider context-capability contract tests

Pin expected context-window and capability metadata for representative
Anthropic, Codex, GLM, Kimi, and Ollama models, and assert one value flows
unchanged through every consumer: model catalog output, session/UI model
resolution, SDK/runtime config (buildProviderSettings), bridge model
selection (CLAUDE_CODE_AUTO_COMPACT_WINDOW), and compaction thresholds
(reserveBasedThreshold). Makes context-window drift a test failure.

* test: address review feedback on context-capability contract

- Move clearModelsCache('global') from describe top-level into beforeEach
  to avoid mutating the shared model-service singleton at import time.
- Drop the tautological cross-consumer 'drift detector' block (compared
  table literals to themselves; buildProviderSettings echoes its input).
- Add MiniMax and OpenRouter rows (non-native, buildProviderSettings path).
- Tighten consumer 1/3 doc comments (catalog source, not getModels;
  emitted from passed value, not derived).
