Merge ProbeStorage/ProbeDASD into the "probe" action

Replaces the separate ProbeStorage and ProbeDASD HTTP actions with the
generic Probe action, renaming its scopes field to "only" to make its
intent explicit. Probing storage, DASD or software now happens through
a single Action::Probe { only: Option<Vec<Scope>> }, defaulting to
probing everything when "only" is omitted.
