ci: lint the build tags the release is built with

run.build-tags omitted deprecated_topic and deprecated_claim while
.goreleaser.yml builds official binaries with both, so nine non-test files
were never linted: the code that ships was the code that was never
checked.

Pinning the release tags alone would move the blind spot to the
!deprecated_* variants, so add a second pass with the reduced set,
mirroring the dual go test runs.

Both configurations report no issues. dupl joins the test-file exclusions:
a deprecated test variant deliberately mirrors its modern counterpart, the
same intentional duplication that already disables jscpd.
