Check the full mandatory-RDATA type list, not a sample

empty_rdata_rejected_for_known_types exercised 27 of the 52 types in
requires_rrdata/1, leaving half the list unverified and dropping
dns_decode's line coverage below where it started. Enumerate all 52 and
assert the count, so an entry that is wrong -- or one added without a
decoder clause behind it -- fails here rather than silently changing which
records are accepted.
