Commit Message

Remove remaining safe_click_element workarounds

These were added during the static-asset unification to work around
click-interception failures. With the fwtoolkit dialog z-index fix in
place, the underlying elements are properly clickable again, so revert
to normal .click() calls in:

- document/tests/test_admin.py
- document/tests/test_export.py
