Bump fwtoolkit to 0.2.5 and remove admin-test click workarounds

fwtoolkit 0.2.5 fixes the dialog z-index root cause: dialogs now start
at z-index 1000 instead of 100, so they stay above the template editor
and other page elements in headless CI. With the real bug fixed, revert
the safe_click_element workarounds in test_admin.py so the test exercises
the actual clickable UI again.
