refactor: bb_openapi_validate takes cJSON* directly (#1066)

- drop bb_json_t/void* pun over cJSON* in bb_openapi_validate's public signature
- take const cJSON* directly, removing the internal cast and the bb_json.h include
- no behavioral change; all existing callers already pass a cJSON* or bb_json_t (void*), both convert implicitly
