Fix CI: feature-gated doctest, missing session finish, metrics floor

Drop the unconditional use_pty() from Reply::dialog's rustdoc example in
src/doubles.rs (only exists under the pty feature, breaking the
default-features doctest pass on windows/macos/musl). Add a missing
run.finish().await before returning from the docs/streaming.md
prompt-aware-waiting example, which was dropping its ScriptedRunner
session without draining it and surfaced as a BrokenPipe on Linux. Bump
the metrics dependency floor to 0.24.6 so direct-minimal-versions no
longer resolves the broken 0.24.0 release (an upstream nightly-rustc
lifetime-escape incompatibility, already worked around by the normally
locked 0.24.6).
