test(go): unit tests for rippling reach/attribution/metrics SQL builders

Adds coverage for the previously-untested pure functions in
iznik-server-go/rippling (ReachInReachExpr, ReachBrowseWhere,
ReplySourceSplitSQL, DeriveAttribution, SanitizeClientSource, plus
exhaustive Bullseye ring-boundary cases), and for two zero-test-file
packages: iznik-server-go/spatial (ExtraString/ExtraInt64/baseURL) and
iznik-server-go/userdump (normalizeValue, quoteIdent, type predicates,
frame writers, parseInclude/includeString, redactColFor, inClause).

No production code changed - test files only.
