Add a new formatting convention to CLAUDE.md

Document a rule against nesting function calls in argument lists,
motivated by two independent effects: it keeps debugger step-into
targeted at the intended call, and the local variable's name
documents a return value the call site otherwise leaves opaque.
Either justification alone is sufficient, so exemptions require
that neither applies — an outer call that's never stepped into
(stdlib helpers, assertion wrappers) or an inner call whose own
name already documents its return value.
