Bump @sourceacademy/pynter-wasm to 0.2.0 (#346)

The published WASM build was stuck on 0.1.0 (2026-07-14) while pynter's
master moved on with 8 unreleased commits, including the list-indexing/
list-multiplication parity work for py-slang#299 that added the
index_error/value_error fault codes. PyPvmlPynterEvaluator's fault-name
parsing (#344) is generic and doesn't hardcode fault names, but it can only
surface names the running binary actually knows about -- so it was still
reporting old/wrong fault names (e.g. "stack overflow" for what pynter's
current source correctly calls "index error") purely because the deployed
binary predated those fault codes.

pynter v0.2.0 was just cut from current master and published
(source-academy/pynter releases). ^0.1.0 doesn't resolve to 0.2.0 (a caret
range on a 0.x version pins the minor), so this bumps the version range, not
just the lockfile.

Verified: node_modules/@sourceacademy/pynter-wasm/pynterwasm.wasm now
contains "index error"/"value error" (absent at 0.1.0), and the full test
suite (19270 tests) passes unchanged.
