test(clientPrint): TEMPORARY diagnostic - 900s timeout to distinguish starvation vs deadlock

Raise the client-print per-test timeout to 900s (retries off, 8x repeat) and the
e2e job timeout to 90 min, to determine whether the Firefox worker hang is CPU
starvation (render completes slowly, just over the old 120s limit) or a true
deadlock (never completes). Revert after interpreting the run.
