feat: predeclare eXist-db install-script variables and surface variable doc comments

Adds $home/$dir/$target as known variables in pre-install.xql/post-install.xql
(and the preinstall/postinstall spelling) when the existdb runtime is active,
so they no longer trip the undeclared-variable diagnostic. The controller
variables ($exist:path etc.) were already fixed in an earlier commit, but
their docblocks — and variable docblocks in general — were never surfaced
anywhere; hover and completion now show them, linked to the eXist-db docs.
