Implement RunUntilSignal signal-driven run

Fill in the frozen RunUntilSignal helper so an application can start a
lifecycle, block on an OS signal, and shut down. With no signals named it
waits on interrupt and termination; a Start failure returns without waiting.

The handler is installed before Start over a buffered channel, so a signal
arriving mid-startup is honored once startup completes rather than lost.
Start and Stop each run under a deadline-free context: the helper takes no
timeout, and shutdown blocks until it returns or the process is killed. A
second signal during shutdown is absorbed, never re-entering Stop.
