perf(editor): Add editor entity-scale benchmarks

BenchmarkDotNet suite measuring the editor's hot paths at 1,000 and 5,000
entities (deterministic seeded scene generator, 4-level hierarchy, mixed
components): scene update tick, SceneSerializer save/load, play-mode
enter/exit (snapshot layer), hierarchy tree data refresh, component
introspection, selection and undo/redo commands. MemoryDiagnoser enabled.

Baseline (2026-07-22, local): all interactive paths < 2 ms at 5k entities;
play transitions <= 121 ms; save/load <= 108 ms. Full table on #1005.
