* Implement Release Radar feature with badges table and comprehensive metrics
* Fix: Make Release Date column consistent between README and ReleaseRadar
* Fix: Rename table columns to "Metrics" for accurate header description
* Better view of badges as buttons
* Clarify release information and repository metrics. Reword introduction to clarify the purpose of the page and mention NuGet publishing.
* Apply remaining changes
