feat(immut/array): make trait promotions explicit via extend

Enable `implicit_impl_as_method` (E0079) for the `immut/array` package (in its
moon.pkg) and make its trait-impl promotions explicit via `extend`, in a dedicated
immut/array/extends.mbt shim.

- Promote (plain `pub extend`): Add::{add}, Compare::{compare}.
- Deprecate (`#deprecated(..., skip_current_package=true)` + `#doc(hidden)`):
  @quickcheck.Arbitrary::{arbitrary}, Compare::{op_ge, op_gt, op_le, op_lt},
  Eq::{equal, not_equal}, Hash::{hash, hash_combine}, Show::{output, to_string}.

`T[A]` is a collection whose `impl Show` is already deprecated on main, so both Show
methods (output + to_string) are deprecated. The package imports no `@json`, so there
are no ToJson/FromJson promotions. No in-package callers needed migration.

Part of the per-package series migrating the library off implicit method promotion
(see #3849 for deque). Scoped to immut/array/.

Verified: `moon check --deny-warn --target all` clean; `moon test --target all` green.
