Bump @sourceacademy/language-directory to 0.0.14 for the WASM and Py2JS evaluators

language-directory PR (source-academy/language-directory@e87eae6) added
"WASM" and "Py2JS" evaluator entries for Python §1-4, matching py-slang's
PyWasmEvaluator{1-4}.js and Py2JsEvaluator{1-4}.js build targets
(source-academy/py-slang#311's set_timeout work motivated exploring these
engines further). Without this bump the frontend's language selector
(which statically imports `languages` from this package rather than
fetching directory.json at runtime at the default GitHub Pages URL, per
LanguageDirectorySaga.ts) stays pinned to 0.0.13 and never sees them.
