refactor: migrate bb_log_event line emit to bb_serialize (no-heap) (#977)

- replace the per-log-line cJSON object build in s_forwarder_task with a
  bb_serialize object descriptor rendered into a stack buffer (no heap
  alloc/free on the log hot path)
- wire text {ts,level,tag,msg} is byte-identical; SSE delivery unchanged
- drop bb_json from bb_log_event's dependencies
