Add docs.nats.io examples to main (#2106)

* Add docs.nats.io examples to main

Consolidates the doc-examples, core-docs and jetstream-docs branches'
examples/docs/ content onto main so the documentation examples are
compiled by CI (go vet/test ./...) and no longer depend on unprotected
side branches.

* Fix review findings: Goexit-with-defer and advisory watch timeout

runtime.Goexit runs deferred calls, so the deferred nc.Close fired
immediately and the subscriber crashed; replace with select {}. The
max-deliveries watcher panicked on the 2s NextMsg timeout, which is the
normal idle state for advisories; treat ErrTimeout as keep-waiting.
