docs(embedded): add in-process embedding examples and guide

immudb is already usable as an in-process Go library (no server, no
container), but the repo shipped no worked example or guide for it.

- add embedded/store and embedded/sql Example tests (KV, dual-proof
  verification, SQL engine incl. the multi-indexing requirement)
- add examples/embedded runnable program using pkg/database (verifiable
  KV + embedded SQL, create-or-open, idempotent on re-run)
- add docs/EMBEDDING.md covering the two embedding layers, the SQL
  multi-indexing gotcha, and the single-writer/one-process-per-dir caveat
- link the guide from README
