feat(perf): capture npm deprecation in the size archaeology (fsl#1965)

Each version record now carries its npm deprecation message when set, so the
charts can mute a deprecated family/package's colour and sink its stack
position (that interpretation stays downstream, like family and colour). npm
models deprecation per-version and it is MUTABLE — a version can be
deprecated or un-deprecated long after publish — so unlike immutable file
sizes it is re-synced from the packument on every run, cheaply, with no
tarball re-download. Empty-string deprecation (npm's un-deprecate) reads as
not-deprecated; records keep canonical key order (published, deprecated,
files). Verified live: standalone jssm-viz shows its final 5.105.0 deprecated
with the real fold-into-jssm message. +3 unit tests.
