fix(cypher): scope REMOVE and restore relationship existence handling

- scope REMOVE property and label mutations to the referenced variable
- preserve relationship variables in MATCH/OPTIONAL MATCH probe projections
- restore bracketless and undirected relationship-existence evaluation
- keep typed undirected WHERE, EXISTS, and COUNT behavior consistent
- add focused regression tests for the repaired cypher paths
